You have complete control over when you work. As a Specialist you'll earn $25 per hour or as an Assistant you’ll earn between $18 - $20 per hour.

Give primary caregivers a much deserved break
You can’t have a healthy family unless the primary caregivers have the ability to care for themselves. This can be a daunting task for special needs families. You’re the key to fixing it in every family you serve.
Give individuals with disabilities a sense of independence
Imagine having real support needs and only being able to have those needs met by one or two people. While many people with disabilities do not express it directly, this problem can cause anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and isolation. When you care for a person with a disability you expand their world in a big way.
Develop empathy, communication skills, and proble solving skills
The world needs more compassionate leaders. In their acts of service our caregivers develop critical leadership skills that not only make them better caregivers and professionals, but better humans.
